Jenny Cribb - Setting Lead
Hi, I’m Jenny. I live in Bucklesham with my husband and two wonderful children. I’m passionate about spending time outdoors, whether it’s taking a walk through our village or enjoying a day at the beach with my family. I also love baking and cooking, often with my kids, and we cherish our time together, whether it’s a casual day out or just catching up over coffee with friends.
My journey in childcare started over a decade ago, and I’ve loved every moment of it. From setting up a toddler group in our village to managing Benhall Preschool, where I helped raise funds and improve our facilities, I’ve always been committed to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children. There’s nothing quite like seeing their excitement as they explore and learn.
Lisa Thomasson - Deputy Setting Lead

Hi, I’m Lisa. I have two teenage children who attended NBU5’s. In my free time, I enjoy socialising and walking my dogs, Marley and Wilson.
I’ve been involved with NBU5’s for nearly fifteen years, starting as a parent, then supporting fundraising, serving as treasurer, and now as part of the preschool team.
My passion for nurturing young children led me to join NBU5’s full-time after completing my early years qualification. Every day here is a joy, helping children grow and learn through play.
Jacqueline Coates - Early years practitioner - Level 3

Hi, I’m Jacqui. I live with my husband, our four grown children, and a menagerie of pets. I’m passionate about exploring the natural world and love spending time outdoors. I’ve worked with children for about 17 years, and nothing brings me more joy than sharing in their excitement and wonder as they discover something new or master a new skill.
Working at NBU5’s is the perfect job for me—I truly enjoy helping my little friends learn and grow in such a nurturing environment. My qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce, Paediatric First Aid, and certifications in Safeguarding and Outdoor Learning. I also have training in Makaton and Supporting Positive Behaviors, which enriches my ability to connect with and support the children in my care.
Every day at NBU5’s is a new adventure, and I feel privileged to be part of each child's journey.
Sam Finbow - Early years practitioner - Level 3

Hi, I’m Sam. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and love challenging myself with new experiences. Autumn is my favorite season—I’m captivated by the vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows of the changing leaves.
In 2015, I earned my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. While working in a nursery, I attended various early years courses, including Makaton for Beginners, Letters and Sounds for EYFS, Tuning In and Developing Children’s Communication and Literacy, and Supporting Positive Behaviors.
I’m passionate about working in childcare. Every day is unique, filled with the awe and curiosity of children as they explore their world. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their growth and development.
