There is no charge for expressing an Interest in Nacton & Bucklesham Under 5’s.
There is no charge for registering a child at Nacton & Bucklesham Under 5’s.
Invoicing
You will be issued with an invoice at the beginning of each month to be paid by the end of the month. Please pay by bank transfer, details can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
In line with statutory guidance, we will provide all families with an itemised invoice that clearly separates:
Funded Hours: The total number of free hours your child has accessed, with no associated charge.
Additional Hours: Any private (non-funded) hours, alongside the applicable hourly rate.
Optional Extras: Voluntary charges for meals, snacks, and any other additional services, each listed separately with individual costs.
By clearly breaking down each cost component, parents can see exactly how their child’s free entitlement is being applied and how any additional charges have been calculated.

Pricing
Early Drop Off:
(not eligible for government funding)
Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 9:15am

Session fees:
Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 12:15pm

Monday to Friday 12:15pm - 3:15 pm

Our hourly rate is £8 per hour.
Please note that government funding can be applied to morning and afternoon sessions.
Snack
£1.00 per 3-hour session
The snack fee is optional and that parents may supply their own snack at no cost instead of paying the fee.
Funding Entitlements:
We provide fully funded places (15 or 30 hours per week) for all eligible 2-, 3-, and 4-year-olds, with no registration fees, top-up fees, or other mandatory charges. Our core funded hours operate during term time (38 weeks), and we currently offer up to 29.5 funded hours each week.
