Enrolment Forms
Please complete these initial forms as they are essential for securing a place at our preschool. These forms gather basic information about both the child and parent/carer, and allow you to select the sessions you wish to enrol your child in. Once submitted, our preschool administrator will confirm via email which sessions have been secured for your child. Following this confirmation, you will be required to fill out a comprehensive registration form to provide more detailed information about the child and parent/carer. Registration Form
The registration form is required for all new children enrolled at our preschool. Please complete this form only after securing a place through the initial enrollment process detailed above. Once a place is confirmed, the preschool administrator will prompt you to fill out the registration form, which collects comprehensive details about your child. This includes contact information for parents/carers, as well as important data regarding medical conditions, allergies, special educational needs, and privacy and permission settings. Ensure you have a confirmed spot before proceeding with this detailed registration.​
